October 2012 April 2011 | Granger Sewer Update St. Joseph County Sewer District Board meeting was held April 14, 2011 The agreement between Ottawa Township and Elkhart County is expected to be signed by April 20th. The agreement between St. Joseph County Sewer Board and Ottawa Township was signed last year. Bids will be finalize in May or June. Final costs will be determined at that time and presented at a public hearing. Fifty percent of landowners must approve the project before it can proceed. Construction could start in the Fall 2011.
