For years, I lived in the high-pressure world of IT, where downtime wasn't an option and the stress was constant. I took pride in being the "fixer." But there is an unspoken hard truth in our industry: we spend millions on redundant systems, yet we treat our own nervous systems like a piece of hardware we can just run into the ground. A single hour of IT downtime costs the average enterprise nearly $300,000, yet nearly 60% of outages are traced back to human error, process miscommunications, or fatigue-induced mistakes.

When a critical incident hits and your system is under extreme load, your biology takes over. You can't fix it by just "trying harder," and let's be honest, traditional wellness fluff doesn't work for analytical minds. You don't need a pep talk; you need a system override.

In this 60-minute session, we are skipping the "woo-woo" and applying network engineering principles directly to human biology. You will learn how to:

  • Run a Biological Diagnostic: Learn to read your body's error codes and recognize the warning lights before you hit a complete burnout outage.
  • Deploy the Emergency Patch: We will test real biometric overrides, like tactical breathing tools, that act as a physical kill switch for your fight-or-flight response during a Sev 1 incident
  • Build Your Digital IRP: You will leave with a downloadable "Incident Response Plan" cheat sheet to quiet the internal alarm and regain logical focus during network spikes.

Note: Log in 15 minutes before the webinar time to be ready for an on-time start.

Instructor details:

Scott Manning is the founder of CalmLogic, where he helps professionals develop emotional intelligence and resilience using practical, science-backed strategies. With over 20 years of experience in the IT and networking industry, Scott brings a unique perspective that blends technical thinking with personal development. Through workshops, trainings, and guided sessions, Scott teaches individuals and teams how to better manage stress, improve communication, and build healthier, more sustainable work habits. His approach focuses on helping professionals “engineer” their internal systems—much like they would solve complex problems in their careers

Let’s be blunt: Your marketing measurement is wrong.
Not because your tools are bad…but because they don’t know who your customer is.
When the same person shows up as:
  • an email subscriber
  • a paid search click
  • a retail buyer
  • an Amazon order
…you lose the ability to measure anything accurately.

This free webinar shows:
  • How attribution actually works in the real world
  • Why identity matters more than algorithms
  • How leading brands measure channels others can’t
  • Solutions for mid-market retail / ecomm / wholesale brands without an enterprise budget
If you’re making budget decisions off ROAS you’re likely over-investing in the wrong channels.
Come learn how to get a system that gives you numbers you can trust for your growing mid-size retail, wholesale, and/or ecommerce brand!
