iGameUSA, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, invites the Idaho community to join a watch party for the Esports Research Network Academic Presentation, hosted online Thursday, November 14th at 3:30 p.m. Mountain Time. The presentation will be delivered by Gina Johnson, also known as IdahoGamerGirl, and will run approximately 25 minutes.

This free, community-wide event is open to everyone—whether or not they consider themselves gamers. Schools, teachers, nonprofits, and local businesses such as sports bars, bowling alleys, and salons are especially encouraged to tune in and host watch parties. The goal is to explore the impact of esports on Idaho’s economy and culture while gathering feedback on the development of The Co-Op, a community esports and innovation space led by iGameUSA.

About The Co-Op
The Co-Op is designed as more than a gaming venue. It provides a hub where young people can socialize indoors, engage in healthy play, and develop leadership skills. Through the use of video game simulations, , industry software, community courses, and creative machines like 3D printers, CNC, lasers, etc., participants can explore entrepreneurship, learn about career trades, and transition their skills into real-world opportunities.

For nonprofits, The Co-Op offers a fundraising and program coordination platform that strengthens community partnerships. Early adopters can get free rent. All members can access our Foundation Center Subscription. The project emphasizes outdoor exploration, youth empowerment, and economic opportunity through gaming as a bridge to broader life skills.

Why Attend?

  • Learn from global esports research and insights.
  • Understand the economic and social potential of esports in Idaho.
  • See how The Co-Op will help bridge gaming, education, trades, and community growth.
  • Provide feedback to shape this innovative local project.

As environments grow more distributed and development velocity accelerates, security teams face a widening exposure window — the gap between how quickly attackers exploit new vulnerabilities and how long it takes organizations to fix them. Traditional remediation operations, built around manual triage, ticket queues, fragmented tooling, competing developer priorities, and disconnected workflows, can no longer keep pace in the AI era.

This session explores practical ways to shrink that window. Attendees will learn how leading organizations are evolving remediation operations, rethinking prioritization, and introducing automation safely and responsibly in the AI era. The discussion will highlight frameworks for operational scale, cross-team collaboration, and guardrails that maintain trust while accelerating response.

Presented by Sunil Gottumukkala, cybersecurity executive and engineer.
