YOLOVIVI was created to honor and share the art of spiritual healing. Rooted in ancestral traditions of African-American Rootwork, I weave somatic practices, energy work, and natural elements into experiences that support harmony of body and spirit. The name carries its own blessing: YOLO,

“You Only Live Once,” joined with the African word Lovivivi, meaning “love is sweet and ever-present”—inviting a life lived with intention, compassion, and connection.

YOLOVIVI's approach to wellness and healing is informed by DBT principles and transpersonal methods, incorporating mindfulness, grounding, and reflective practices alongside exploration of meaning, intuition, and spiritual connection. From my home in the Sierra Nevada foothills,
