Letter from Annie Terrassas

Yeah !! We got it done !! The "ALUMNI AREA" (can't call it a kitchen) is completely done and functional, thanks to over 20 of you who have donated the funds: Jim Olsen, Lena Green, Jim & MayLou Smith, Ray & Laurie Belli, Charles & Mary Ervin, Michael Moran, Lori Wright, Bob & Laural Leslie, Peter R. Bechen, Lola Novi, Roy Belli, Helen Roberti, Marvin Reed, Clyde Spradling Wright, Marilea Maddox, Lois Cobia Drennon, Georgia Hathway, Nancy Belli McCay, Barbara & Joe Franco, Sharon Battenfeld, Sharon & Rich Elorza, Robert and Phyliss DeMartini...and to Earl Little for the donation of the stove, Kim Folchi for paint and knobs, Mike Buck for the many hrs. putting in the electrical and plumbing, and especially to my husband, Craig Fassbender who donated hundreds of hrs. painting, installing cabinets, counter tops and flooring.....In fact, we loved the flooring we put down in the kitchen, and had some funds left over to cover half the cost of the auditorium area. We extended the flooring all through the auditorium...I can't wait to hold a dance in there!
So, here I am, with my hand held out, again, asking if any more of you care to contribute to covering the rest of the cost of the floor in the auditorium...If you do, send your offering to: Annie Terrasas, P.O. Box 839, Loyalton, Ca. 96118....put ""School Project" in your memo line. And, "if" enough funds come in, then we can purchase tables and chairs for the auditorium. Thanking all of you in advance, couldn't have done it without you, especially Peter Bechan and his generous donation. Feel free to take a "tour" of the on-going progress at our "old school."
