ON THIS DAY
On This Day in 1865 the Democrats Passed the Nation's First 'Black Codes' to impose near “Slavery on African Americans.” This voting took place on November 22, 1865, seventeen days after the end of the Civil War, passing these codes wanting blacks to have no success in life as it is with their policies today, still using them as pawns/political tools. In that vote of 1865, these Democrats determined, African Americans would not be allowed to vote, serve on juries, testify against white people, own guns, travel without permission, assemble for political purposes, own farmland, be outdoors at night, change jobs, work only in agriculture and a few other occupations until adulthood, basically doing anything much like California does today and as it was for the last four years under the Biden administration and the then controlled Democratic Congress applying that philosophy to all Americans, ostensibly killing our economy, President Trump now reviving it. As part of that code the Democrats decreed that all African Americans had to sign annual labor contract with their white employers, in the Democrats minds, they were still the masters and were going enslave them again. Thankfully at the end of the Civil War, after winning a two-thirds majority in Congress, sound familiar, the Republicans swept away this black code. Democrats, the party of socialism, look upon the Constitution and the Bill of Rights as a malleable piece of silly putty, silly being the key word, it gets in their way as they try to work around it or stretching it in any direction they chose, delusional at best, as proven by the actions of
the Supreme Court overturning those rogue judges legislating from the bench in the Democrats archaic manner in an attempt to circumvent the Constitution, “If you can't do it honestly, do it illegally or steal it.” Wannabe Democrat politicians look for ways as it was back then as it is now moving towards the 2026 mid-term election, like Eric Swalwell a socialist Democrat and a gubernatorial hopeful, is wanting phone in voting, that is obviously intended to encourage voter fraud and rampant illegal voting. Looks like the gang in the Whitehouse (or what remains of it) are not only blowing up folks in their pleasure boats but are rendering the survivors asunder with high explosives. That does not seem very Christian to me. Trump's claim is that these boaters are transporting drugs. Nobody knows for sure because there was no investigation, no due process, no trial, not even a noose like they wanted to use on Mike Pence. But the curious part is the ol' Trumpster pardoned a drug trafficker who assisted the movement of 400 TONS of cocaine through Honduras, convicted in the U. S. by Joe Biden's justice department. The JD spent a ton of tax money doing so, then Trump lets him go. HUH? That must make local police jurisdictions really happy.
