As part of the Hospital Preparedness Program (HPP) Grant deliverables, our LEMSA Nor-Cal EMS will be conducting Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) Training in Plumas and Sierra County in December. There is no charge to participants.
Two date options, same training:
Monday December 9th in Quincy or
Tuesday December 10th in Sierraville
Please contact Patti Garrison, as indicated on the attached flyers, to make your reservation. If you have not met Nor-Cal’s new staff members yet, this will be a great opportunity to get to know them.
Course will include review of the following:
· MCI PLANS
· NOR-CAL EMS MCI POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
· RECEIVING FACILITY, CONTROL FACILITY ROLES
· TRIAGE
· CRISIS STANDARD OF CARE
