Each Coffee Chat will feature a guest speaker or small panel highlighting timely topics such as leadership, emerging technology, career growth, wellness, and navigating change in today’s evolving workplace.\n\nThe virtual format makes these conversations accessible and inclusive, creating space for women from urban centers, rural communities, and everywhere in between to engage, ask questions, and build relationships.\n\nWiTECH Community Coffee Chats are designed to be conversational, supportive, and practical — a place to exchange ideas, gain insight, and stay connected between annual WiTECH Summits.\n\nOpen to all who believe in advancing women in technology and leadership.\n\n \n\nJoin us for coffee, conversation, and community — one quarter at a time.\n\nThe newly formed WiTECH Community brings together past WiTECH Summit attendees and newcomers alike, providing an opportunity to stay connected once a quarter as we build momentum toward WiTECH Summit 2026, scheduled for December 9.\n\n\nUpcoming Coffee Chat\n\nJanuary 15, 2026, Virtual via Zoom\n\nOur first WiTECH Community Coffee Chat will spotlight Women Innovators (W.IN), a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring and empowering girls through STEM education and hands-on learning experiences.\n\n\nDuring this session, W.IN will:\n\n\n	\n	Share the impact of their programs over the years\n	\n	\n	Highlight opportunities to get involved as a volunteer\n	\n	\n	Provide an overview of the upcoming TechGirlz Conference, taking place February 27, 2026 at the College of Idaho\n	\n\n\nThis session is ideal for anyone interested in supporting girls in STEM, learning about volunteer opportunities, and connecting with others who are passionate about building inclusive pathways into technology.\n\n\nSponsorships: Includes a video commercial or speaking time at the beginning of the event.\n\nOne Event - $200\n\nThree - $500\n\Location:\nvia Zoom\n\n,
