Our Mission

The mission of Plumas Christian School is to train Christian students from Christian families in the principles of Godly wisdom for living, and to help each student understand what it means to live out their faith in our society.

Secret Staff

This month's secret staff member loves chocolate and fall colors. She has two children, and in her spare time, enjoys playing the piano, bike rides and needlework. Like last month's secret staff member, her favorite flower is the daffodil. Can you guess who she is?

2016 Spell-A-Thon

Plumas Christian School
held their Spell-A-Thon fundraiser on October 7th. Students from Preschool up to 6th grade participated in the event, with 4 students receiving 100% on their spelling exams of 50 words. Congratulations to Ronnie Fitzpatrick who raised the most money and will receive a
"Family Night" gift card.
Thank you parents, students, and staff for all of your hard work!
Your efforts helped raise over $6,000 for our school, and got us one step closer to keeping Christian education in Plumas County.
Thank You!

PCS Fall Volleyball Rematch Tournament

Plumas Christian School held their Fall Volleyball Rematch Tournament on October 20th here at PCS. The Spiking Pinecones, Leprechaun Bandits, and Emojis faced off in this double-elimination contest, showing off their skills taught by P.E. teacher Mrs. Sturley. While the teams competed fiercely, only one would emerge victorious. The real winner that afternoon: Flora the Gorilla, who made a miraculous recovery following surgery performed by Mrs. Little and Mrs. Sturley!

BOX TOPS for Education

Keep bringing in your BOX TOPS for Education! Just since the beginning of the 2016-2017 school year, we have processed enough BOX TOPS and Labels for Education to earn over $200 in cash for our school! We always appreciate prayer for our school, so clipping BOX TOPS is also a great time to remember our school in prayer. BOX TOPS and prayers for Plumas Christian School, a winning combination!

What Are You Thankful For?

Parent Teacher Fellowship is hosting their annual
"Thankful" Poster Contest.
This event gives students the opportunity to showcase their creativity in the spirit of gratitude.

"Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus."
