09/25/104th Annual Oktoberfest at The Barn in Blairsden
10/02/10“FALL INTO FASHION” Style Show
When the wonderful outdoor summer activities begin to wane, look forward to a day of fun, food and fashion on October 2, 2010 at the Grizzly Grill in Blairsden. Lynn Hagen once again is helping her community by letting the Mohawk Community Resource Center use her restaurant for a fashion show and luncheon to help raise money for the Center, which is located at the junction of Hwy 70 and 89 in Graeagle/Blairsden. The models – local ladies -- will be wearing clothes furnished by our local shops. The $20 tickets will be on sale late August at the Mohawk Community Resource Center, Mill Works and the Outpost and will include a delicious lunch and the fashion show. For information call 836-0446. Come see that your friends “clean up well!” Silent auction items include several gift baskets and a handmade scarf and other surprises. The Mohawk Community Resource Center (corner of Hwy 89 and 70), a service of Plumas Rural Services in Blairsden.
