(SAM HAS PUT IN A ENGINEERING REQUEST FOR THIS) It would be extremely beneficial if there was a way to track the open rate for newsletters. Please consider adding this to the database. (A ticket has been sent to engineering on this feature)
(BRIAN HAS FIXED THIS ISSUE) We are not happy with the layout of our page. need to know how to re-align this. (We are planning to re-do the website in order to solve this issue)
(SAM WORKING WITH THIS CLIENT FOR TRAINING) I find the membership billing section difficult to follow. I know I have really made a mess of things. (this reseller may not have been providing the support here. We are connecting directly with this customer to get them back on track).
(CUSTOMER NEEDS TO OPEN A HELP TICKET REQUESTING THIS SERVICE) I would like to be able to list multiple names in the directory for a company. I still have to use ACT because of this system limitation. Some companies have 6 people.

(ANSWERED WITH www.ChamberNation.me and new SUPPORT APP FOR PHONES) This still seems to be an amalgamation of many eclectic features that seem to work reasonably well together and each is valuable. Unfortunately it hard for us to articulate the system to potential members or even current members. We don't have a clear value proposition or a simple one-page sales piece.
(SAM IS THE PERSON TO HELP YOU WITH THIS) We are still working on getting the business license list from the City of --; they do not want to share it with us. As of right now, I took the pdf list (off of their website) and turned it into an excel spreadsheet. The list consists of 8000+ businesses. Unfortunately, it only has the Company Name, Address (billing), City, State, Zip, Phone. It does not include Contact Name, Business Category, Email, or Website. Any suggestions that you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
(WE ARE ADDING INSTRUCTIONS TO CHAMBER SEARCH ENGINE FOR USERS THAT WHEN THEY WANT AN EXACT PHRASE TO DO THIS____) I am still having some difficulty with our Search on our site with our members. I understand it may have to do with catch words. I have changed some so it is an easier search for all but sometimes I'm finding there's still a small glitch here and there.
(RESOLVED) When will the Capture a Customer and Chamber Check in be ready for us to implement? WE CANCELLED CHAMBER CHECKIN BECAUSE VENDOR PROVIDED TERRIBLE SUPPORT - WE ARE VERY SORRY - OTHER TESTED MOBILE PRODUCTS HITTING IN APRIL.
(RESOLVED) Still really really need domain Transfer to take place. He's getting really nasty with us.
(RESOLVED - NEW REPORTING DELIVERED) Not being able to know how much will be billed in dues in future months because there is no report for that is a problem for us. Other, than some database issues such as that, I am totally satisfied.
