Meet Brian Sundberg – Implementation/Project Manager at Chamber NationDr. Ryan NielsenSundberg Growers has developed three farm plots in this start-up year that are small, but extensively used. They are producing quinoa, strawberries, and other assorted fresh produce. Through this, they offer their community a local source of produce, including their key crop quinoa (keen-wah), that they can feel good about purchasing, knowing how it has been grown and sourced. Brian absolutely loves farming. He loves spending the day toiling out in the rich soil with the sun on his back. Brian stated, “From the moment I get up and the Big Dipper is still over our field to the time I finish work for the day and the sun is setting while the peacocks sound off, I am constantly surrounded by nature and its incredible force.” “Sundberg Growers” has helped Brian know what it is like to have a vision for your business and to literally put your blood, sweat, and tears into it. He better understands the importance of having a business plan and being adaptable to make changes when necessary. In addition, it has taught Brian the importance of being resourceful as a business owner. And the payoff is an asset for both Chamber Nation and Sundberg Growers. Running his own business helps Brian understand and connect with those he helps through Chamber Nation, and utilizing the platform of Chamber Nation for Sundberg Growers has resulted in locals coming to the market to buy his produce and plant starts. It is a win-win situation all the way around! Check Out Sundberg Growers here: http://sundberggrowers.com ![]() | |
