Intuit is discontinuing support for QuickBooks for Desktop 2013 and earlier

Engineering Team

  • Clients who currently use our QuickBooks Desktop interface:  If they are using a version from 2013 or earlier, we are not going to push you to upgrade, but we will only provide limited support, e.g., if we cannot reproduce the problem on our test environments and it looks like it will take more than an hour to diagnose, one of the first solutions will be to recommend they upgrade to a supported version.
  • Clients who not yet using our interface: we will only connect them if they are using a version of QuickBooks Desktop for Windows currently supported by Intuit.  (Currently, this is 2014 and later.)
  • This does not affect QuickBooks Online users.
Please let us know if you have any questions about this and please consider upgrading your QuickBooks in the not too distant future. By doing this we can continue to provide you with excellent support in this area.

Thank you,
Richard Scully
