Allow us to introduce ourselves. My name is Tyrenda, but my friends and family affectionately call me Ty. If you had asked me about my career plans during high school, you would have seen a dazed and confused expression on my face. Back then, I was uncertain about my future, but one thing I knew for sure was my desire to become an Olympic discus thrower. Sports have always played a significant role in my life, and while I didn't make it to the Olympics, it was my son's involvement in sports that ignited my passion for photography.
As a full-time employee, wife, and mother, there was a creative side within me waiting to emerge. Little did I know that capturing images of my son's athletic endeavors would mark the beginning of a love affair with photography. In a short period, I left behind my day job and fully embraced my newfound passion. Today, I wake up grateful every morning, amazed that this is now my life. It seems like just yesterday I was commuting for hours, missing out on my son's milestones, and feeling completely adrift. I consider myself truly blessed that God has bestowed upon me this incredible gift.
