Bow Wow at the Barn
Benefit for the High Sierra Animal Rescue - The Barn on the Corner of Highways 70 & 89 - Blairsden, CA. $40.00 per person and the evening includes a delicious down-home dinner of prime rib, BBQ chicken, BBQ pork ribs and all the fixin's, live music, a no-host bar and, of course, our annual silent auction consisting of over 100 items. All the proceeds go to help the rescued dogs and cats at High Sierra Animal Rescue

Gold Discovery Days/Plumas Eureka State Park
We are excited to announce that the wonderful members of the Johnsville Historical Society will join us in offering an expanded program of activities. This year marks the 50th Anniversary. We’ll have old favorites like the blacksmith shop demonstrations, tours of the Moriarty House, Stamp Mill, hikes, gold panning and our famous Sunday morning Pancake Breakfast. In addition there will be tours of Johnsville, open house of the Johnsville church museum, talented musicians, folk dancers, baked goods, cemetery tours, basket weaving, food and much more. Breakfast on Sunday from 8-11am.
