With the Elections of our newest Board of Directors coming up soon we are pleased to announce a tremendous repsonse from the membership!
You've put four candidates up for consideration, two of whom are likely candidates, and two of whom are under consideration; a Ghost and a Zombie.
Two nominations are individuals who each have a decided passion for membership recruitment as well as for new directions and responsibilities that fall within the KeepItQuerque mission and you're likely to see their names on the upcoming Ballott.
The nomination of a Ghost is not a first; we've had people on our board of directors in the past who were never seen at the meetings and often barely discernable at important events.
While the nominating committee is aware fo the characteristic contributions of Ghost Board Members, they are currently being forced to consider this new nomination due to a dirth of qualified candidates.
The Zombie, when asked about a "vision for the Future" responded "Glrglphtbtp."
Although not particularly eloquent, there's no stopping a Zombie once they've got a goal!
Nominations are still open; If you know of a warm-blooded candidate with a passion for "Local Economic Self-reliance" there is still time - the person you nominate - yourself or your nomination could save KeepItQuerque from a very scary future!
