Happy Valentine's Day!! Keepitquerque, The Albuquerque Independent Business Alliance, celebrated an early Valentine's Day with our annual "I Love Albuquerque" contest and award celebration at Slate Street Cafe on February 9th. We had a record number of entries and contest winners Eric Bruggs, Gregory Lay, and Clifton Chadwick described why they love Albuquerque in 25 words or less. Each won gift certificates to the Slate Street Cafe. A big thank you to Myra Ghattas for donating the food and Linda Dodson, Keri Stewart, and DJ Heckes for planning and executing a delightful evening.

The City of Albuquerque generously supports Keepitquerque with an annual stipend for completing a number of performance benchmarks. One of those benchmarks is "Creating and submitting a plan for a start-up business mentorship program." We are looking for volunteers to create and execute the program.
