To bring the best out of your people you must be willing to give your best and ask for their best, even when times are tough. By leading with clarity and high standards, you invite greater commitment and welcome employees to take on more responsibility. Learning Objectives - Identify 6 ways to show commitment and inspire employees.

In July 2008, Keri Stewart founded Results 4 Business, an Albuquerque based business fueling her passion for developing employees to reach their potential and organizations achieve their aspirations and vision. What can I help you explore and explode in your life - what do you want more of?

Keri's background includes employment with Coca-Cola, Dr Pepper of Albuquerque, Northwestern Mutual Financial Services, DeLaPorte and Associates, Prudential Overall Supply and Norrell Temporary Services.

A partial client list includes Sandia National Laboratories, USDA Forest Service, Lockheed Martin, Amerind, Steamatic, Lucky Friday Silver Mine, Syracuse China, a division of Libbey Glass, Brandt Engineering, Meyners + Company, Lovelace Women's Hospital and Hewlett-Packard.

You Have More Local Reach

You can now attend Albuquerque Convention and Visitors Bureau events.

Albuquerque Convention & Visitors Bureau

We are constantly adding to your AIBA membership benefits. AIBA has created a reciprocal membership relationship with the ACVB. As a member you can attend all their events at the member rate. You should definitely attend some of their free networking events to support more local buying.

All you have to do is give them the AIBA membership name when you register or when you arrive at one of their events. You will be able to attend as a member and at member rates.

So, take advantage of it. In fact you should plan to attend their next "Business Exchange" event on November 2nd at the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, 2401 12th St. NW, 5-7pm. Put it on your calendar.

Montezuma Ball Auction Items Needed

MONTEZUMA BALL
WE NEED YOUR SILENT AUCTION ITEMS

AIBA is one of the big beneficiaries of The Montezuma Ball being held at Hotel Albuquerque on November 19, 2011.

Montezuma Ball features one of the best silent auctions in New Mexico and we need your help to make it even better.

The theme of the Ball is MADE IN NEW MEXICO.

This is THE EVENT of the year and you don't want to miss it.

Donations of auction items worth at least $100 by AIBA members will raise your profile and add to AIBA's proceeds from the Ball. Popular silent auction items are art, jewelry, gift certificates to restaurants, spas and hotels; weekends at a ski condo and other similar items.

The Montezuma Ball committee works very hard to make sure your donation is fully recognized, appreciated and every effort will be made to honor you. You are the folks who make our New Mexico truly the land of enchantment.

Any contribution of an auction piece with a value of $1,500 or greater will receive one complimentary ticket to the Ball and seated with other dignitaries and the buying public. This is a great opportunity to connect with influential people.
