Let's start with Slate Street's renown Housemade Potato Chips and green onion dip
served family style on all the tables!
The Hors D’ Oeuvre Station will feature an Artisan Cheese Display of international & domestic cheeses, seasonal fresh fruit, crusty french bread (num num!) & crackers!
Do you like your "healthy foods" to be tasty?  We do, too!  So you better get some of the Hummus, crisp veggie spears & pita wedges with extra virgin olive oil before it's all gone!
And if Clifton gets there on time to set up, let's face it, teh Bruschetta, tomato, fresh mozzarella, basil, wild mushrooms, fontina cheese,roasted squash, goat cheese, candied pecans (oh my!) are all in danger!
There will also be Parmesan Crusted Chicken Bites with spicy marinara and for Dessert, of course Famous Slate Street Cafe's Assorted Gourmet Miniature Cupcakes (it was a stipulation in the agreement!)

You're on your own for beverages - but what a place to be on your own at!  Did you know Myra Ghattas, the proprietor, is also the in house sommelier?  You will not find a better selection of wines to hoist a toast with.

And the Beers include a variety of the best Local Craft Brews.
